Actually it's 1/2 the fat and no sugar.
ReplyDeleteI think it's a treat that's "legal" every once in awhile.
ReplyDeleteI struggled with this at the store yesterday.
Yes, I could make "sugar-free" cookies. But, will I just eat 10 because I want the real deal. I also looked at buying sugar free substitutes so I could bake something. But, I decided that in the spirit of the challenge, I really needed to work on getting off the sweets and not bake anything. I do think a "sugar-free" pudding each day is legal.
But of course this is just my opinion, and we are all coming from different levels of health and stages on our ability to give up things.
I feel like it's legal as long as you eat the portion size listed on the package and it's every once in a while. I hope that everyone else agrees!
ReplyDeleteI think it is legal. Enjoy!
ReplyDeleteSince we're questioning the "legality" of this sugar-substituted caloric item....I will have to hold out judgement until I convene with our challenge attorney! J.K.. I agree with Andi...if I'm going to have something sweet (which by the way, has been 3 times so far this week) then I want the real deal....none of this fake stuff! But, fortunately, everyone is different and that's why I'm fat and Melanie's not!!!! Just sayin!
ReplyDeleteFYI: I looked at the sugar content today on a light yogurt it had 15grams and this ice cream only has 4grams.
