THE CHALLENGE



1. 7 hrs. of sleep (not necessarily consecutive - naps count too!)


2. 48 oz. of water

3. 30 minutes of exercise (not necessarily consecutive)

4. 2 servings of veggies/ 2 servings of fruit

5. No soda or other unhealthy drinks (high sugar juices)or sweets (desserts, pastries, or sugary snacks)

6. No bad fast food (anything fried) or unhealthy snacks (ex: potato chips)

7. No eating after dinner/8:00pm

8. 15 min. of scripture reading (or spiritual text if you don't do scripture)

9. One journal entry (any length)

10. Express sincere appreciation or praise to a loved one or friend.

Thanks & Congrats!

Thanks so much Michelle for putting this together! It was a lot of fun and I definitely have better habits!

Congrats to the winners! You are very inspiring! Let's all keep up what we have learned. I have learned it's the little things that we do consistently that make the difference.

Melanie: 84 points!!!

Michele thank you so much for this challenge I have never been consistent with anything like this before. Thank you Nichole I'm pretty sure that you helped to keep me inspired. You gave my that push I guess I'm a bit competitive. Anyway I plan to keep this routine.

Thanks so much for letting me be a part of this. I have totally noticed a difference and plan to stick to most of it. Some things are hard with the holidays, but at least not eating after 7:30 and taking it easy on sweets. I definitely don't crave sweets like I used to. I am now in the habit of reading my scriptures and writing in my journal. This challenge has been great and it feels good to have accomplished it and that I never gave up. Thanks Michelle. You are wonderful!

Okay, this last 2 weeks have been the hardest of the total 12 weeks.
What's up with that?
I woke up this morning so relieved that it's over but then worried that I'll go back to old habits because the motivation is gone.
The New Year, Michele. That's my vote to start this again.
Also, what's up with the perfect scores? You two are not normal.
It's been an adventure, thank you.
